Bulking workout
You can either go fo a bulking stack if in the currents workout cycle your aim is to gain as much muscle as possible, in which case if you see it, you will see it, if you don’t, you won’t. You can also do the “pump and dump” workout by choosing a time at the same workout cycle cycle of another bulking session. This will let you increase your calorie intake each day and make you look like a bodybuilder but at the same time you will build muscle without adding any fat, bulking 1427.
The same goes for the “cut and rinse” cycle if you have been doing that, bulking kg per week.
